Fore! ποΈ It’s time to hit the green β³ and celebrate the best of the best in Kansas high school golf ποΈ. The Kansas Golf Coaches Association has just unveiled its prestigious 2024 All-State teams π , and we couldn’t be more excited to congratulate πΒ these talented young athletes!Β π
In the 6A division, the first team is stacked with golfing greats like James Ackerman (Blue Valley High School), Elliott Cowden (Shawnee Mission East High School), Chance Rinkol (Blue Valley High School), and Myles Tarvin (Olathe West High School). These seniors and skilled sophomores have proven their mettle on the fairways. The second team boasts rising stars like Stuart Boulware (Shawnee Mission East High School), Ty Lasley (Blue Valley West High School), Brady Rapp (Blue Valley North High School), Tyler Strong (Olathe South High School), and Bennett Warren (Olathe West High School), who have undoubtedly left their mark on the greens. And let’s give a round of applause to the honorable mentions, including Hudson Bennish (Shawnee Mission East High School), Parker Boggins (Olathe West High School), Jake Conley (Olathe Northwest High School), Wylie Curtis (Shawnee Mission East High School), and Connor MacGee (Blue Valley High School), for their dedication and promise. ππͺ
In the 5A division, Jacob Fratzel (St. James Academy High School) leads the first team, while Jake Kolich (St. James Academy High School) shines on the second team. Beau Sheldon (Blue Valley Southwest High School) earns an honorable mention for his impressive freshman season. πβ³οΈ
And in the 4A class, Jack Winkler (Bishop Miege High School) takes the top spot on the first team, showcasing his senior leadership on the course. Griffin Bloemker (Bishop Miege High School) receives an honorable mention for his promising freshman year. ππΌ
